Just like adults, babies have different temperaments. Some are laid back and happy most of the time; others can be prone to frequent tantrums. My philosophy; I am more interested in improving your family’s health than any particular method.
We live in a fast-paced world, and our health is taking a toll because of it. Yet, that doesn’t mean you have to sit back and not live a healthy and happy life. In fact, you can take charge of your health and your family’s health now. Hi, I’m Courtney Landin, a Family Health Coach focusing on exercise, nutrition, and, sleep to help your family thrive in this busy world.
My past athletic career includes competing in the sport of luge for the U.S.A. in World Cups, World Championships, and two Olympic Games (2002, 2006). After retiring from luge in 2010, I quickly realized I wanted to stay within the athletic world.
I have 16 years of athletic experience behind my training programs, plus I’m an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer. I train people of all ages but became especially interested in pre- and post-natal care after being pregnant myself. After experiencing how pregnancy changes the body and how little information there was I became passionate about helping mamas feel their best.
My athletic career has led me to coach families on how to include daily movement, nutritious food, and healthy sleep into their lives without making it complicated. You deserve to thrive at all stages of life, and I’m passionate about helping you do just that!
My credentials include:
- Personal Trainer – Certified American Council on Exercise
- Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist
- Certified Sleep Science Coach
- Certified baby sleep consultant course
- Member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants
- Infant Mental Health Courses to provide you with the best knowledge about your child
- Two-time Olympian in luge for the U.S.A (2002, 2006)
As you can see, I have a passion for training, nutrition, and sleep! These are the foundations of living a healthy and happy life!
