Getting quality sleep is important to protect your mental and physical health, plus improve your quality of life. The way you feel while you’re awake depends in part on what happens while you’re sleeping. During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your physical health.

A Sleep Consultation includes:

  • Three-day sleep and nutrition analysis
  • Room environment analysis and tips
  • Goal plan to improve your sleep habits
  • 45 minute consult to discuss changes (In-person, Skype or phone)
  • One 30 minute follow-up phone call to discuss any questions

$169/ 1,750 SEK (incl. moms)

Expecting to 6 months

You can never know enough when expecting a baby. Here you will learn how you can help your baby sleep wonderfully from the start. Example schedules and some great tools to help you navigate life with a new baby.

6 Months and Older

Web Courses

Are you a tired parent and wonder why your baby doesn’t sleep for long stretches of time?  Or are you rocking your baby to sleep only to have them wake right back up once you put them down? If you don’t need one-on-one guidance, then a web course is a perfect fit for you. It’s a self-paced course to help you understand and improve your child’s sleep.
